In Phase International are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of our systems. If you are a security researcher or have discovered a potential vulnerability, we encourage you to report it through the secure form below.

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

To help us address security issues efficiently and ethically, please:

  • Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we’ve had a chance to investigate and resolve it

  • Do not access, modify, or delete any data that does not belong to you

  • Do not use vulnerability testing that could impact service availability or user experience

We take every report seriously and aim to respond to valid submissions within 3 business days. We will keep you updated on progress and resolution status where appropriate.

What to Include in Your Report​

Please provide as much detail as possible, including:

​

  • A clear and concise summary of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce the vulnerability

  • Any relevant code, logs, or screenshots

  • The potential impact

  • (Optional) Your contact information if you'd like us to follow up or credit your discovery

Medium (May expose limited user or system data)
High (May expose sensitive data or critical systems)
